Building the Next Generation of Development Professionals
A 12-week professional capacity-building programme that equips development practitioners with practical skills in MEAL, project management, research, and data analytics — through competency-based learning, weekly mentorship, and real-world portfolio development.
A Professional Learning Experience for Development Practitioners
The KIID Africa Learning Hub is the capacity-building arm of Kingscity Initiative for Integrated Development (KIID). It delivers a structured, competency-based professional programme designed to strengthen the skills of development practitioners, NGO staff, researchers, M&E officers, project coordinators, and emerging professionals working across the humanitarian and development sector.
The programme bridges the gap between theory and practice. Rather than purely academic learning, participants engage with real-world case studies, hands-on assignments, and live mentorship — building a portfolio of work they can apply directly in their organisations and careers.

Research & Data Collection
Develop practical research skills — qualitative and quantitative methods, tool design, fieldwork ethics, and data quality assurance.
